Yes. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out any new patient medical history forms or to update your medical information with us if needed.

Yes, we offer 8.30am appointments Monday to Friday at this stage.

Yes, we are currently offer Mi Fund and Zip pay!  These plans start from $100 dollars and vary depending on your individual needs. Ask our friendly staff if you wish to find out more information about these options so they can fill in the blanks for you and also hand you a flyer about each plan to ensure that you make an informed decision.

We automatically schedule our clients routine 6-12 month recall check-up and clean appointments. For all other appointments we recommend calling 3-4 workings day prior to the date you would like an appointment for, however, we understand in some cases a patient might call on the day for an emergency and in that case, we will do our best to accommodate their request.

You should see your dentist every 6-12 months for a general check up and clean.  Patients who have required fillings at their last check-up, have early signs of decay or have gum problems are all recommended to see their dentist routinely every 6 months. Your dentist will normally inform you what time frame is recommended for you personally.

We recommend starting to bring them in as soon as teeth appear to help desensitise them to the experience. A simple ride in the dental chair with either mum or dad can help familiarise them with this process.

If you are with a Health fund and have dental extras they will cover some of the costs for you depending on your level of cover.

We accept all health funds. We are preferred providers for Medibank private, AHM and CBHS and most preventive items like check-ups and cleans are fully covered by these funds.

After a thorough check up and clean your dentist can provide you with a dental treatment plan for any work necessary. Our friendly staff can then provide you with an estimate for any out of pocket costs or you can contact your health fund directly.

Dentistry does not have to be painful. In the interest of your own comfort our caring dentists will always apply a numbing cream to the gum before placing an anaesthetic. We will make sure that you are ready to proceed with your treatment once you are numb.
